T. CRAIG SHEILS
Practice Areas and Experience:
Craig brings in excess of 23 years of experience in business, real estate and commercial litigation, workouts and development, including business bankruptcy reorganizations, complex individual bankruptcies and the purchase and sale of ongoing business interests. Craig utilized his vast insight into the changing needs of modern business development from a practical, effective perspective to assist his clients in the ever-changing demands of their business models.
Since the 1980’s, Craig has been extensively involved in the interpretation, construction, challenges and ongoing legislation of municipal ordinances. His administrative practice has involved proceedings with the Appraisal Institute in Texas, Illinois and California.
Craig has successfully represented individuals and businesses
in collection and litigation matters at various levels of state and federal courts.

MARK D. WINNUBST

Since 1989, Mark has provided practical, caring and efficient advice and counseling throughout the spectrum of small business and personal legal needs. From entrepreneurs and start up business developments to complex acquisitions and constantly changing requirements of growing businesses, Mark provides effective guidance for the practical business owner. Mark handles business and commercial litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, including matters involving contractual disputes, real estate litigation, collections, fraudulent transfers, creditor’s rights and the myriad disputes which arise in the flux of modern business operations.
Mark has also practiced extensively in the areas of family law, handling divorces, custody disputes, modifications and enforcement actions, as well as participating in collaborative law processes, and including probate, guardianships, wills and will contests.
Since 1996, Mark has served as a mediator in several civil litigation matters.
