Practice Areas and Experience:
Since 1986, Craig has gained experience in business, real estate and commercial litigation, workouts and development, including business bankruptcy reorganizations, complex individual bankruptcies, and the purchase and sale of ongoing business interests. Craig utilized his vast insight into the changing needs of modern business development from a practical, effective perspective to assist his clients in the ever-changing demands of their business models.
Since the 1980’s, Craig has been extensively involved in the interpretation, construction,
challenges and ongoing legislation of municipal ordinances. His administrative practice has involved proceedings with the Appraisal Institute in Texas, Illinois and California.
Craig has successfully represented individuals and businesses in collection and litigation matters at various levels of state and federal courts.
